A large tow yard facing theft and destruction of evidence (it houses vehicles from criminal investigation).

Unique Characteristics

Due to the large distances and areas involved, lining the lot with standard cameras at 20 meter intervals was cost prohibitive. These were largely replaced by one impressively capable PTZ (Pitch-Tilt-Zoom) camera which autonomously zoomed in to areas of interest. Capable of reading license plates at over 115 meters away (the max distance used in this tow yard).

Additionally, 3x 8MP Varifocal cameras are used to cover medium distances in the smaller carparks.
